Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Company and Billing
EYP Ops is operated by EYP Labs, LLC. Pricing is per outlet/location unless a written agreement states otherwise. Each restaurant branch is billed separately.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewal. There is no standard refund window for monthly subscriptions; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Annual Billed Monthly Subscriptions
Annual billed monthly subscriptions use a 12-month commitment while charging monthly. If cancelled before the 12-month term ends, the customer may be charged a discount recovery adjustment for the discount already received. See Annual Commitment for how this is calculated. Refunds are not issued for already billed monthly periods unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
4. Annual Prepaid Subscriptions
Annual prepaid subscriptions are paid upfront and remain active through the paid term. Customers may request cancellation within 30 days of purchase for a review of refund eligibility. After 30 days, refunds are prorated only where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
5. Setup and Onboarding Fees
Setup, onboarding, implementation, data migration and integration fees cover service work and are non-refundable once work begins. Growth monthly and annual billed monthly plans may include a $499 onboarding fee. Growth annual prepaid plans waive the standard onboarding fee. Enterprise setup is quoted separately.
6. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise subscriptions, implementation work, service levels, payment terms and cancellation terms are governed by the signed order form or master services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls.
7. Data Access After Cancellation
After cancellation or non-renewal, access may continue until the end of the paid term. Customers may request export assistance during the active subscription period. Data retention is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
